1 General Terms

Bi77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bi77 and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "player").

• One Account: Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Mobile Number: You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Restricted Regions: Registration from certain countries or regions may not be permitted, depending on applicable regulatory requirements.

After registration, bi77 may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your bi77 account. Never share your password with anyone, and contact our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
• Bi77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account found to have suspicious activity.
• We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.

If fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is detected on an account, bi77 reserves the full right to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bi77 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Each transaction is subject to specific limits, which are outlined in the platform's Deposit and Withdraw Full details are available on the page.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Deposit Processing Time: 2–5 minutes
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 15–30 minutes (typically)
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.

Before processing a withdrawal, bi77 verifies that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. If a bonus is still active and wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bi77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before opting in.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new registered players only. Each person is eligible once.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on bi77 is governed by a specific set of rules. The following conditions apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games alike.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bi77 reserves the right to review the outcome of any game completed due to a technical error.
• Winnings from bets found to be connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be forfeited.
• Any bet identified as using a software error or incorrect odds will be voided.
• In live betting, bets will remain valid if disconnected, provided they have been recorded on the server.

Bi77 reserves the right to change odds in Sports Betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Responsible Gaming

Bi77 firmly believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. To protect players from addiction and financial harm, bi77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the international gaming licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation.

• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
• Any delay in bi77 exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• This agreement governs the entire relationship between bi77 and the user.
